World Nomad Games 2018 Program
The opening ceremony took place at Issyk Kul lake, in Cholpon Ata on September 2, 2018 and the games lasted for the whole week. 
What is the World Nomad Games?
It is an international sports competition where around 3000 sportsmen from more than 80 countries will compete in 36 types of traditional nomadic sports disciplines. The goal of the Games is not only to compete in sports but also to introduce nomadic culture to the world. Thus the program is packed: different sports competitions, yurts where hospitable guests will offer you traditional food and drinks, show how handicrafts are made and you can also enjoy nomadic music and dances.
